Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges apply to all Kotama electronic company products.

All our products are subject to the return and exchange policy without exception, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out on this page.

Returns or exchanges are possible if the product is in the same original condition as when purchased, in its original packaging, and has never been used or opened.

Return requests must be made within three (3) days of the receipt date, and no request will be considered after this period has expired.

When requesting a return or exchange, please photograph the product and send it via email along with the invoice, specifying the city, address, and order number.

The product will be replaced with another one free of charge if the product is defective, has a manufacturing fault, or does not function as agreed upon in the product advertisement and product page.

A full refund will be issued to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product description on our website or in our advertisement. We are not responsible for any customer expectations regarding product usage that were not mentioned on the product display page.

A refund will be issued with a deduction of 30 percent, or a value of no less than 60 Riyals, if the customer does not want the product and it has no defects or issues whatsoever.

Refunds are processed via bank transfer to the customer’s bank account after they have provided the details to us via email.
